Decent shawl Sep 11, 2008
I was hoping this would be softer than what it was, but for the price, I guess you can't expect cashmere. The color is nice (I got Wasabi). I actually bought two in similar colors to make sure I got the correct shade of green and I had no problem returning the one I did not keep.

One other thing to note: The shawl comes sealed in a plastic bag and has a very strong odor. Just airing it out is not enough. I contacted the company about it and they responded: "That odor is probably residual from the dye process. All of our shawls are hand dyed, and once dried, are packaged up to be shipped out to customers. We recommend dry cleaning to get rid of this residual smell." Dry cleaning did take away the odor.

I purchased one in chocolate and the color is very rich, also very soft. I'm enjoying my new, elegant shawl.

Great Pashminas, very good quality! I love the reversible effect on these, makes them very versatile. They're also soft, cozy & keep warm.

I was so disappointed with this "shawl". I could have purchased a piece of fabric from a fabric store and been happier. It is nothing like what is pictured. The drape is horrible ... very stiff and the color is not the pretty gold as pictured either - it has a greenish hue that wouldn't be flattering on anybody. I wouldn't recommend this product at all.
