5Led Zeppelin III  Apr 14, 2010
Led Zeppelin III Has the Coolest Blues hit [Since I've Been Loving you].
If you want to hear Jimmy Page play the Blues "Rock style", and hear John Bonham
take it "Low and Slow" on the drums. Led Zeppelin III is the CD that you should add
to your Rock & Roll Music Library.

5Under-rated  Mar 21, 2010
Led Zep 3 is an under-rated classic. Immigrant Song rocks, Friends and Gallows Pole are folksy and Celebration Day and Out on the Tiles are terrific rockers. Since I've Been Loving You has one of the best guitar solos Page ever recorded. After LZ 1 and 2, no one was expecting something like 3, with it's acoustic sensibilities. But Zep needed to show the world that they weren't one trick ponies and could do something different. Often overlooked, but that's a mistake. This is an excellent album.

1Low Fidelity Argentina Import  Feb 23, 2010
Beware if you get an IMPORT from Industria Argentina be prepared to be very disappointed. I have enoyed Zepplin for forty years, THIS is not what the LP was like. It is hard to believe this was remastered, it is far worse than the original. I sounds like a bad pirarted copy. Both Innuendo Ent and MovieMars ship Industria Argentina copies.

5led zeppelin III  Jan 25, 2010
awesome cd. i had this album when i was 14 back in around 1970. I have the ALBUM...... i was listening to the radio one night down here in south FL and they do get the "LED OUT" every week night at 9. i was coming home and they were playing some of the songs off of LED ZEP III and it took me back to when i was 14. i went back into time in my head and could remember exactly what i was doing on news years eve listening to that album. I have listened to it now maybe 10 times since i got it yesterday!!! LED ZEP I, II, and III are the best. a few songs off of IV are good--but not "stairway to heaven" they played that song so much back in the early 70's i never want to hear it again!!! LOL

LED ZEP III, i highly recommend

5Not What We Expected at the Time but....  Dec 04, 2009
Bought the album the week it was released. At the time I was really into LZII and after hearing the first cut ("Immigrant Song")the rest of LZIII was a bit of a "shock".

However, after a few close listenings you really appreciate their musicianship and versatility. The Moog intro into "Celebration Day" is very cool, and the subtle guitar work on "That's the Way" and "Tangerine" is awesome. "Since I've Been Loving You" is a great and powerful blues number. And the much underrated Jonesy does some great bass lines on bass pedals, in addition to playing Hammond Organ

My original vinyl LP with the spinning wheel is but a memory, but the remaster CD sounds excellent and belongs in every Zepp fan's collection.
