Pedometer works OK, but belt clip is fragile Sep 09, 2010 This pedometer works great -- while it is able to stay clipped to your belt or waistband.
The Bad: For a month, I clipped this pedometer to my average-size leather belt in the morning, wore it all day, and unclipped it at night. Then the belt clip broke off. I exchanged the pedometer for a new one, and a month later, under the same conditions, the belt clip broke again! I called Timex customer service, and they do not offer replacements for the belt clip, even though it is a part that can be separated from the pedometer. Sheesh. The retailer I purchased the pedometer from said they are willing to replace it a second, and last, time. They said another customer returned the pedometer, also due to belt clip breakage, and they will not restock this product.
Annoying, but Not Horrible: Despite it being the smallest of the three buttons, I found the "reset" button was too easy to accidentally push. I never had this happen while wearing the device, only while taking it off.
The Good: I feel the device is an accurate step counter. The LCD display has good contrast, and the numbers are large enough to read easily. Because of the pedometer's design, the LCD display is also easily readable while the pedometer is clipped to your belt! The device is also very light, and doesn't feel cheap (although see earlier comment about the belt clip). The pedometer comes with good paper instructions, also available as a PDF on Timex's website. Timex also includes an extra button-cell battery - nice, but sadly, I didn't get a chance to use it.
Timex T5E011 Pedometer Jul 20, 2010 The design is GREAT, but my battery stopped after 2 weeks. Replacement cost was $5.00. The reset button stuck once, so I lost a whole day of data before I realized that it wasn't working. Other than that, I really like it!

Great Pedometer Jun 01, 2010 I purchased multiple pedometers for a wellness program at work and this one was by far the best. It has a cover, was the most accurate and tells you steps, distance and calories. For this price range it is a great pedometer for your money.
Love it! May 26, 2010 This pedometer works just like I wished it would! It has the calories, miles, and steps so that I can gauge my workout however I want. It's also entertaining to wear at work and see how many miles I log running around there haha.
I would recommend this pedometer to anyone!
One annoyance: It makes a click noise whenever I step with that side of my body. I'm assuming this is just the mechanics inside tracking my steps, but it'd be less annoying and noticeable if it was a little quieter.
-This is not a big enough reason to not buy this product.
Easy to use!!! May 24, 2010 Very easy to see and read while wearing. This is very comfortable too no pinching at the waistline. I forget I have it on, has not fallen off once
